1. About these terms

By using midaspet.shop you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is operated by MIDAS PET PRODUCTS LIMITED, company number 04351102.

2. What the service is

Midas Pet is an online inspiration tool. It arranges ordinary pet accessories into decorative enrichment boards (Play, Rest, Sniff and Clean) and suggests a tidy rotation. The service is provided for general interest and organisation only.

3. What the service is not

Midas Pet does not provide pet training, behaviour therapy, veterinary advice, medical advice, health benefits, safety certification or any guaranteed outcome. Suggestions are ideas about ordinary accessories, not professional guidance. Always use your own judgement when choosing and using pet products, and consult a qualified professional for any concern about your pet.

4. Accounts and credits

Previewing a board is free. Saving and exporting boards may use credits or a subscription as described on the pricing page. Online checkout is not currently enabled — payment provider pending — so no purchases can be completed on the site at this time.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it or access it in an unauthorised way.
• Do not copy or resell studio content or catalogue imagery without permission.
• Use the suggestions responsibly and at your own discretion.

6. Intellectual property

The Midas Pet name, board designs, catalogue text and imagery are owned by MIDAS PET PRODUCTS LIMITED or used under licence. You may use generated boards for your own personal, non-commercial use.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the service at any time.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the general suggestions provided by the studio. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
