Shipping & Returns
How accessory delivery and returns will work once online ordering is enabled.

1. Where we ship
Midas Pet accessories are dispatched to addresses within the United Kingdom. Once checkout goes live — payment provider pending — delivery options and any additional regions will be confirmed at the point of order.
2. Delivery timeframes
- Standard UK delivery: 3–5 working days.
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email when your order is on its way.
3. Delivery charges
Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you confirm an order. We aim to keep packaging tidy and recyclable, in keeping with the calm, minimal Midas Pet style.
4. Returns
You may return unused accessories in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@midaspet.shop with your order reference. We will confirm the return address and next steps.
5. Refunds on returns
Once we receive and check a returned item, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 14 days. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect, as set out in our Refund Policy.
6. Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or not as ordered, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
